i spent an amazing day today drawing on the big front window of nahcotta with julia rothman, in preparation for the opening of our joint show this friday, october 2nd. i would say i have rarely ever been so creatively inspired, and it felt great to work in a large, goofy, uninhibited scale like this. deb and abbie were busy hanging both of our work for the show, and it was a lot of fun to see it up on the walls by the end of the day.
the window was really large and high. i'm pretty glad no one fell off a ladder.
if you're in this part of the world, we'd love to see you at the opening on friday night from 5-8m. the show will be up for the month of october. small works can be seen and purchased here, and larger works can be seen here or on flickr.
