a few months ago my friend guy sent me an email that signed off with 'you are some kind of something.' i really loved that sentiment and asked him for permission to use the words somehow, which he nicely agreed to. i made this for the 10th anniversary show at nahcotta next month - it's 8x8x1.5" mixed media on panel. i hope someone special gets this one to give as a gift, and that the recipient feels well loved. also! in the same vein of nice sentiments, have you seen shanna murray's new decals yet? i am not a big decal person as a rule, but i just love them all so much. the beautiful styling is so much fun to stare at, too.
