grow your handmade business, by kari chapin - you might remember i shared the cover a few months ago. it's a follow up to her wonderful book the handmade marketplace, and it's out in the world now! and i did all of the illustrations. the art director, alethea morrison at storey publishing, did a lovely job designing the book. and i've got to say - it's pretty nice to hold it in my hands. if you are a maker, or thinking of trying a new venture - this book is chock full of great advice and interviews. i can't say enough good stuff about it. congratulations kari!
among kari's upcoming engagements this summer, we'll be doing a book event together on august 22nd at spruce and gussy in bar harbor. i'm really looking forward to it.
